Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated New Home Sales Consultant to join our team on a fulltime permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and sales excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment. As a New Home Sales Consultant you will be responsible for guiding potential buyers through the home buying process from initial contact to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with potential home buyers through various forms of communication including phone email and inperson meetings

Conduct sales presentations and tours of model homes to showcase the features and benefits of our homes

Understand and communicate the unique selling points of each home and community to potential buyers

Assist buyers with the selection and customization of their new home including upgrades and finishes

Negotiate and close sales contracts ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote our company and homes

Stay uptodate on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our homes in the marketplace

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in new home sales real estate or a related field

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping people find their dream home

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus

Valid real estate license is preferred
