Job Description
Job Title: Building Substitute
Location: Enfield Public Schools
Job Description: Enfield Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and professional Building Substitute to join our team. As a Building Substitute you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of instruction and ensuring a positive learning environment for our students.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively engage students in the learning process.
- Maintain sound classroom management skills to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Exhibit professional conduct including regular attendance and punctuality.
- Adapt to various classroom settings and grade levels as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education or related field preferred.
- Previous teaching or substitute teaching experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
