Job Description
The Luce Elementary School is looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to serve
as our building substitute for the 25-26school year. Qualified candidates will have prior work experience with elementary school-agedchildren preferably across grades K-5.
We are a community that values equity social-emotional learning and inclusive access to engaging learning experiences for all students and as such candidates should feel comfortable filling in across all grade levels and in a variety of roles within the school.
A successful building substitute will:
- -Have excellent interpersonal skills
- -Be collaborative and cooperative
- -Be highly flexible and adaptable
- -Possess a strong ability to problem solve and take initiative
- -Have a bachelors degree preferably in education or a related field
