As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for the customeroriented technical support of the Hach equipment portfolio within your region (commissioning inspections maintenance and repairs). You make the difference for our customers. Your personal contact is essential for a high level of customer satisfaction and close customer loyalty. This position is a fully remote/fieldbased opening. You need to live in the area of Falun.
In this role a typical day will look like this:
You will travel daily (in your company car) to our customers within the region Dalarna/Vstmanland visiting on average between 13 customers per day. Your working day will usually start and end at your home. If a safe journey home within working hours is not possible or does not make sense you will stay overnight in a hotel (on average 12 weeks).
You will be responsible for the entire Hach product portfolio for water and wastewater measurement from commissioning and customer briefing to maintenance and repairs. You will provide product enhancement support as well as installation support for test setups or customer orders.
You will work closely with sales and make recommendations to extend our service contracts and replacements.
The essential requirements of the position include:
Training as an industrial electronics technician / statecertified electrical engineer specialist for defined activities or as a supply and disposal specialist in the field of waste water
Willingness to travel on business with overnight stays (depending on your place of residence you should expect 12 overnight stays per week)
Class B driving licence

Som fltserviceingenjr kommer du att ansvara fr den kundorienterade tekniska supporten av Hachs utrustningsportflj inom din region (idrifttagning inspektioner underhll och reparationer). I den hr rollen kommer en vanlig dag att se ut s hr:
Du kommer att resa dagligen (i din tjnstebil) till vra kunder inom regionen Dalarna/Vstmanland och besker i genomsnitt mellan 13 kunder per dag. Din arbetsdag kommer vanligtvis att brja och sluta hemma hos dig. Om en sker hemresa inom arbetstid inte r mjlig eller inte r meningsfull vernattar du p hotell (i genomsnitt 12 ntter per vecka).
Du kommer att ansvara fr hela Hachs produktportflj fr vatten och avloppsmtning frn driftsttning och kundbriefing till underhll och reparationer. Du kommer att tillhandahlla produktfrbttringssupport samt installationsstd fr testinstllningar eller kundorder.
Du kommer att arbeta nra frsljningen och ge rekommendationer fr att frlnga vra serviceavtal och ersttare.
De vsentliga kraven fr tjnsten inkluderar:
Utbildning som industrielektriker processpecialist inom avloppsvattenomrdet eller liknande
Vilja att resa i tjnsten med vernattningar (beroende p din bostadsort br du rkna med 12 vernattningar per vecka)
