The team Access Lifecycle Solutions within the area Identity & Access Management is responsible for providing centralized Identity & Access Management solutions. These provide permissions and roles to application users in a standardized and compliant process. The assignment of roles can either be automated or manual.
We are looking for a Service Operations Specialist (f/m/x) who will be responsible for day-to-day service operations for the central Identity & Access Management system.
Start your day and:
- Management and supervision of the vendor responsible for RTB (Run-the-Bank) Operations
- Drives resolution of incidents and issues supports S2/S1 incident calls for the One Identity Manager product.
- Ensure escalation of operational regulatory or other risks to management
- Management of smaller projects
- Support of audit requests (presentation of the solution delivery of evidence...)
- Data Quality Monitoring implementation and control
- Service Operations (Incident Management Knowledge Management Problem Management Change management).
- Ticket and process analysis to drive continuous improvements in implementations according to industry best practices.
- Compliance with safety regulations and control processes
- Independent handling of incidents service request
- Day to day BAU activities such as monitoring business escalation handling
- Supporting multiple applications under Access Lifecycle Solutions team (eg. dbAccessGate D1IM-Core etc)
- Ensure the stability of the system by proper planning patching upgrade DR ensure the CSO non-compliant requirement Workbench activities vulnerabilities remediation etc
We are happy to hear from you if you have:
- Completed degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
- Proven experience in service operations of larger and complex IT-systems
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience in managing vendor teams.
- Excellent communication skills (English and German optional)
- Knowledge of access lifecycle systems (with a focus on request & approval provisioning recertification admissions/exits) is desired.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools especially One Identity Manager is preferred.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools like ServiceNow etc.
- Good knowledge of Windows server systems including MS Active Directory would be a plus
