Essence of the job:
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Site Engineer to join our team. Applicants should have appropriate experience across a range of projects with a mediumtoo large construction company. Candidates should be selfstarting and highly motivated with the ability to operate efficiently in a fastpaced environment. The best candidates will be detailed and organized team players with demonstrated delivery in high pressure situations.
Qualification:
BSc BEng or BTech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Ideally is registered as a candidate or professional with SACPCMP.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 5 years experience in a construction company ideally in civils work.
Exceed or achieve site production and financial targets.
Assist with the adherences and implementation of policies procedures statutory law and safety regulations.
Implement a high SHEQ standard on the site to meet and exceed client satisfaction.
Assist with planning and programming of the project by measuring and evaluating operational performance processes and resources in order to enhance efficiencies/production.
Be effective in understanding & implementing problem solving decisions for the site.
Operational and production performance.
Drive projects to completion.
