As we continue to expand we are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to build and maintain high-performance scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for key modules including Student Onboarding Essay Brainstorming Essay Evaluator Recommendations and Admin Dashboards.
- Validate backend API responses user interactions and data integrity across student counsellor and admin flows.
- Perform end-to-end testing of integrated AI features such as Ivy chat (text & voice) essay scoring and recommendation analysis.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure responsive and consistent UI behavior.
- Work closely with frontend backend and AI teams to review PRDs identify edge cases and ensure full functional coverage.
- Maintain and evolve test documentation regression suites and sprint-level checklists.
- Perform load testing voice input/output validation and access control verifications across multi-role accounts.
- Log track and prioritize bugs using project management tools (e.g. Jira Notion or ClickUp).
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- 2 3 years of experience in software testing with strong exposure to web applications.
- Solid understanding of functional regression integration and UI/UX testing principles.
- Experience testing both frontend interfaces and backend APIs (Postman Swagger).
- Familiarity with developer tools browser-based debugging and basic HTML/CSS for UI testing.
- Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools.
- Strong attention to detail communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to create and maintain structured QA documentation and test plans aligned with product requirements.
Good To Have:
- Experience testing AI-integrated systems (e.g. OpenAI Gemini or other LLM-based workflows).
- Exposure to voice features: speech-to-text text-to-speech or real-time voice-based interaction flows.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium Cypress or Playwright).
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and QA integration into DevOps workflows.
- Prior experience in testing educational platforms or multi-role dashboard products.
