Prime Video is looking for a Senior Product Marketing manager to support Prime Video Advertising in Southern Europe and to help us translate advertiser needs into actionable results and drive our strategic B2B events in the region. This is a highly crossfunctional role that requires close partnership across Brand/Events/Content Marketing PR Product Management Ad Sales Operations and Amazon MGM Studios teams. The ideal candidate can think strategically and execute to a high standard has strong written and verbal communication skills and is excited to experiment and learn in a data driven environment using customer data and insight to shape marketing strategies and . You work with minimal direction and move quickly while delivering highquality outputs.
Key job responsibilities
*Shape Prime Videos B2B event strategy across Southern Europe ensuring alignment with GTM objectives and brand positioning at key industry events.
*Plan and execute strategic regional and local events supporting Prime Video Ads growth and marketing objectives.
*Define event strategies maintaining high standards audience engagement and measurable success.
*Work closely with product marketing sales GTM and Insights to align events with business goals.
*Influence internal stakeholders to secure resources align priorities and advocate for event needs.
*Develop and manage event budgets optimising spending with datadriven insights.
*Define success metrics track event performance and refine strategies based on key insights.
*Build and maintain vendor and partner relationships negotiating contracts to enhance event quality.
*Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership ensuring alignment on event strategies and .
*Conduct postevent analysis synthesizing insights to drive continuous improvement.
*Develop messaging and marketing plans to enhance advertiser perceptions and brand awareness across the EU.
*Build a roadmap for B2B marketing activations with Prime Video and Amazon Ads.
*Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify market trends and opportunities.
*Establish scalable workflows and approval processes for event .
*Stay updated on industry trends innovations and emerging technologies to enhance Prime Videos leadership in B2B advertising.
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Multiple years of experience in B2B event management or marketing with a strong focus on conferences sponsorships or highimpact events.
Proven ability to independently lead complex crossfunctional programs with minimal guidance.
Strong budget management skills able to maximize impact while minimizing costs.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience in influencing crossfunctional teams and senior stakeholders.
Analytical mindset able to interpret data and apply insights to improve event performance and refine strategy.
Experience with project management software
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
