Job Description
Are you interested in innovating to deliver Amazons experience to our customers We are looking for a dynamic and talented Senior Program ManagerPricing who is detailoriented selfstarter and passionate about developing strategy and launching products to support our pricing and promotion initiatives.
This role is both creative and data driven we looking for someone who can lead strategic programs across a large group of stakeholders. This includes strategy and evolving the program(s) processes and tools and developing mechanisms for tracking and auditing all with the goal of delivering the right customer experience. This role combines the need to think big about customer experience price perception scalability and longterm automation with tactical delivery auditing reporting and conducting reviews.
The right candidate has the ability to build relationships across functional stakeholders anticipate stakeholder needs and customer needs to plan future work and program deliverables strong communication skills a deep sense of ownership and an ability to shift between strategic thinking and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
Key job responsibilities
Design and own the strategic vision for the Pricing program
Collaborate with stakeholders to build a roadmap of enhancements
Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing retail category management finance technology and analytics teams
Identify opportunities for improvement or automation in existing strategies or processes and drive development with technical and business partners
Craft compelling recommendation docs launch announcements senior leadership updates and newsletters
Prioritize roadmaps and make trade off decisions in fastpaced changing business environment
Build and own mechanisms for business reporting auditing and reviews
Owning change management processes and communications for effective rollout and updates
Bachelors degree
Senior program management experience
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy definition and end to end product delivery
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Retail/ecommerce experience
