Pay: 42000.00-48000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
Tasks
We are looking for a new Home Manager to join our management team and to run a 2 bed childrens home in Barnstaple.
Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the childrens home
Ensure the home operates in full compliance with Ofsted regulations safeguarding standards and all relevant policies and procedures
Promote a child-centred approach supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience at a senior level within a residential childrens home
- Level 5 Diploma in Children Young People and Families Practitioner (or an equivalent relevant qualification)
- Right to work in the UK no sponsorship is provided
- Must hold a valid DBS check
- Must have a valid passport or visa
- If you do not hold a British passport you must provide a Share Code to verify your right to work in the UK
