As a Customer Support Agent at ABAX youll be the voice of our brand and the first point of contact for our customers. With a problemsolving mindset and a passion for helping people youll turn challenges into solutions and ensure every customer interaction is smooth informative and supportive.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Managing a high volume of incoming calls emails and web/chat inquiries with professionalism and a customerfirst mindset.
  • Providing effective solutions to technical issues system questions taxation inquiries and data privacy concerns.
  • Ensuring all customer interactions are logged and followed up in our systems accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to resolve complex cases and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contributing to team initiatives customer training and support events while proactively spotting upsell opportunities or leads.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Previous experience in a customerfacing or technical support role ideally in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and an interest in technology and digital systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks multitask between live interactions and ongoing cases and remain calm under pressure.
  • A proactive customercentric approach with a passion for going the extra mile.

  • Language:Fluency in Swedish & English (written and spoken) and good understanding of Norwegian (written and spoken)
