Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager
Reports into: Director of Operations / Head of Growth


WHAT WE NEED HELP WITH MAYBE YOUR MISSION
Were seeking a strategic and systemsoriented RevOps Manager to unify our sales marketing and customer success operations. Your mission is to:
  1. Align crossfunctional teams around shared revenue goals.

  2. Optimize processes and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.

  3. Leverage data and analytics to drive informed decisionmaking and forecast revenue growth.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to align sales marketing and customer success strategies ensuring cohesive across departments.

  • Process Optimization: Evaluate and refine operational workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance efficiency throughout the revenue cycle.

  • Data Management & Analytics: Oversee data integrity across systems develop dashboards and provide actionable insights to inform strategy and forecasting.

  • Technology Stack Oversight: Manage and optimize the integration of CRM marketing automation and other revenuerelated tools to support seamless operations.

  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of revenuegenerating activities and identify areas for improvement.

  • Team Enablement: Provide training and support to ensure teams are equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve revenue objectives.



Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

Required:

  • 5 years of experience in revenue operations sales operations or a related field.

  • Proven track record of aligning crossfunctional teams to drive revenue growth.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into strategic initiatives.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.


Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or agency environment.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).

  • Knowledge of AIdriven tools and their application in revenue operations.
