Role description:
- Portfolio: Managing 200250 accounts with larger accounts retained by AEs.
- Renewals: Primary responsibility for renewal processes.
- Expansion: Not a core focus but may flag opportunities to AEs.
- Onboarding & adoption: Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
- Customer success KPIs: Measured mainly on NDR.
- Customer engagement: Balance hightouch for large accounts and lowtouch for smaller ones.
- Process building: Helping establish and optimise CS workflows.
