Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Schedule: MondayFriday with OnCall Responsibilities
Salary Range: $86200 $95500 anually based upon education and experience
Location: Homestead PA
Devereux/TCV Community Services is hiring for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for its Day Academy in Homestead PA!
We are seeking a BCBA who will be involved in the completion of Functional Behavioral Assessments and PBSBs on children with an AutismSpectrum Disorder. This position also has the opportunity for training staff teams and (as much as possible) parents on the implementation of PBSP and datacollection. Our treatment teams often include: principal head teacher classroom teacher 23 direct care staff OT RN and other members. You will be able to provide regular training in ABA concepts and principles for all staff.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Provide behavior support to individuals within your assigned programs.
- Conduct assessments/consultations/monitoring/diagnostic evaluation and behavioral support for challenging behaviors.
- Consultation on Individual Support Plans Goals/Objectives.
- Training quality oversight and supervision of behavior specialist/RBTs with respect to behavior support required documentation and therapeutic interventions.
- On call responsibilities are included in the position which include but not limited to phone consultation to assigned programs

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- One 1 year experience working with IDD/autism children.
- Prior experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and creating Positive Behavior Support Plans.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- State PA criminal FBI PA Act 168 and PA child abuse clearances required.
- Valid PA drivers license with three 3 year driving record required.
