Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Program ManagerChildrens Hospital to join our team. The Childrens Hospital Program Manager is responsible for the Hospital Sisters of St. Francis Foundation (HSSFF) local of the HSHS St. Johns Childrens Hospital fundraising activity and partnerships throughout the member hospitals designated fundraising territory in Central Illinois. With a focus on supporting St. Johns Childrens Hospital philanthropic efforts main accountabilities include establishment of annual goals objectives strategies and best practices to achieve the mission of the hospital/foundation. This role is critical for identifying cultivating soliciting and stewarding relationships with national and local partners all colleagues including executive leadership and guide these partnerships to reach program growth goals.
Position Specifics:
Schedule: Full time 40 hrs/wk MondayFriday
Location: Hybrid in Springfield IL 3 days onsite/2 days remote travel in Central IL region required 60 of the time (mostly during work hours)

Education Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Philanthropic Studies Business Finance or related field is required.
- High School Diploma plus 5 years related experience in communications marketing sales wealth management or fundraising may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors degree.
Experience Qualifications
- 3 years experience in planning and of donor/client solicitation or new business activities is required (This experience is in addition to experience used in lieu of degree).
- Experience with fundraising and data management systems is required. Raisers Edge experience is preferred.
- Experience with moves management process including prospect identification cultivation solicitation and stewardship is preferred.
- Experience with managing fundraising volunteers and philanthropy committees is preferred.

Pay Range:
$32.58 $48.87
A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.
