Job Description

The Coordinator will provide project support for the Theatrical Brand Marketing and Franchise Management teams.  Our team brings some of the worlds most beloved franchises like Shrek How to Train Your Dragon and Kung Fu Panda  to life across theatrical parks live entertainment and gaming.  We wear many hats collaborating across the business.  If youre passionate about storytelling strategic marketing and bringing our IP into the cultural conversation this is your chance to make an impact on a global scale.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the distribution of confidential film assets strategy and marketing materials across internal and external partners/stakeholders.  Requires utmost discretion
  • Assist in the development of worldwide sales presentation materials for Universal Pictures film properties as well as serve as point person to upload materials to deliver to the global team. Requires strong proficiency in Keynote & PowerPoint creativity and skills
  • Manage the logistics for crossdepartmental filmmaker meetings and executive presentations
  • Collaborate with studio colleagues in the creation and aggregation of presentation materials in tandem with the Manager
  • Partner with the department assistant in scheduling physical and virtual room preparation
  • On an asneeded basis contribute to partner pitches in presentation talking points and delivery for oneoff meetings
  • Attend regular team and crossdivisional meetings to relay department updates and aggregate next steps and notes
  • Play a key role in creative brainstorming with the direct team on filmspecific initiatives
  • Work with VP and Director to help track projects and budgets via trackers and milestone calendars

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative assistant experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant marketing experience
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Keynote

  • An expert communicator with the ability to communicate with all levels especially senior executives able to follow up on meeting action points and communicate these to direct reports
  • Consistently follows through on tasks and responsibilities with precision
  • Adept at tracking progress ensuring timely completion of projects and addressing issues promptly
  • Wellversed in managing and organizing information schedules and resources in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to create systems for streamlined workflow and project management
  • Ability to work with highsensitivity and confidential materials maintaining discretion and exercising sound judgment in handling such assets
  • Excellent organizational analytical and administrative skills together with developed interpersonal skills telephone manner and attention to detail
  • Demonstrates the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and environments
  • Comfortable with evolving responsibilities and can thrive in a dynamic fastpaced setting
  • Works effectively within team settings building relationships and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Recognizes the value of collaboration and actively contributes to a positive work environment
  • Bachelors degree in marketing preferred

Additional Requirements:

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $50000.00 $60000.00 (not bonus eligible)
