Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Supporting the design anddevelopment of our global IT governance system and operating model
- Managing and supporting and/or working on global strategic and interdisciplinary (agile) IT projects
- Further developing the global IT strategy taking into account current trends/developments
- Developing and implementing measures for improving the (global) IT organisation
- Defining responsibilities IT functions roles and decisionmaking bodies
- Cooperating with the ALDI business and (national) IT departments as well as external partners at international level
- Analysing and evaluating the level of maturity of the IT organisation and related processes e.g. according to COBIT
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Degree with a main focus on business economics or IT (e.g. business informatics business administration)
- Experience in establishing/further developing an IT governance system e.g. according to COBIT
- Practical/theoretical experience in international project management (e.g. PMI)
- Strategic thinking assertiveness and negotiation skills
- Committed and sociable team player
- Very good presentation and communication skills also in English
Desirable extras.
- Experience with IT service management processes according to ITIL
- Knowledge of agile ways of working (e.g. Scrum SAFe)
