Sales Director - IT Services
Location: Singapore
We are partnering with a leading IT Services firm who is looking for a dynamic Sales Director to join their team in Singapore. You will take lead in winning new logos managing strategic accounts and driving high-value opportunities across the region.
This is a critical role for a tenacious hunter who excels in building C-level relationships and closing large multi-year deals in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and drive regional growth
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities across Singapore and Southeast Asia
- Engage CXOs and senior stakeholders with a consultative sales approach to understand needs and position tailored IT solutions
- Collaborate with internal solution and delivery teams to drive deals across the full sales lifecycle from lead qualification to contract closure
- Champion the company s IT services portfolio including systems integration managed services cloud and digital transformation
- Present compelling value propositions proposals and pricing strategies to secure long-term partnerships
- Contribute to regional growth plans and support expansion into new industry verticals or markets
Requirements
- 15 years of experience in IT services sales with a strong focus on strategic account growth in Singapore and Southeast Asia
- Proven ability to hunt and close large deals (ideally SGD 50M) especially with new enterprise clients
- Strong network of C-level contacts and experience selling to multinational corporations
- Background in complex solution selling with experience in firms ideally in a consulting environment
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
- Highly driven goal-oriented and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor s degree in Business Technology or related field
