- Continuously enhance and maintain the Group s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework to ensure its relevance and effectiveness.
- Oversee the implementation of the ERM policy across the Group and ensure consistent application and effectiveness of the overall ERM framework.
- Foster a positive risk-aware culture by embedding a robust risk assessment process that is proactively implemented across business and support units.
- Collaborate closely with management and all business and support units to identify assess manage and monitor both existing and emerging risks while reviewing risk profiles and evaluating unit performance.
- Consolidate risk positions from business units support units and the Group to report on overall risk status. Review and compile relevant data information and reports from units where risks are identified.
- Support and coordinate key risk management meetings across the Group ensuring alignment and consistency in all risk management activities.
- Conduct training sessions and risk workshops to promote ERM awareness across the Group.
- Provide guidance and support to staff in building risk understanding and embed risk management principles within business and support units.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the superior or any other designated person in the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree or Professional Qualification in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience including at least 5 years in a similar role.
- Familiarity and working knowledge of ISO 31000 and COSO Enterprise Risk Management frameworks.
- Highly motivated well-disciplined results-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with staff at all levels.
- Strong analytical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
