This is an inoffice position located in Hopkinsville KY.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist plays a crucial role in the management optimization and support of our ERP system Odoo. This position will integrate key business processes within the ERP system. The ERP Specialist requires a strong understanding of ERP principles excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform daytoday administration monitoring and maintenance of the ERP system.
• Manage user accounts roles permissions and security settings.
• Apply system updates patches and upgrades in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor system performance identify potential issues and proactively implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation including configurations processes and workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve systemrelated issues escalating complex problems to vendors or internal IT teams as necessary.
• Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for endusers.
• Create and maintain user guides FAQs and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for system modifications and enhancements.
• Configure and customize the ERP system implement custom reports dashboards and data extracts.
• Assist in the design and testing of system integrations with other business applications.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the effective use of the ERP system.
• Collaborate with process owners to design and implement streamlined workflows within the ERP environment.
• Ensure the accuracy integrity and security of data within the ERP system.
• Participate in ERP implementation projects upgrades and enhancements contributing to project planning testing and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT Finance Operations and Sales to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide timely updates and reports on project progress.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in supporting configuring and administering ERP systems (e.g. Odoo SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics NetSuite etc..
• Strong understanding of ERP principles business processes and best practices across various functional areas (e.g. Finance Supply Chain Manufacturing Sales).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues effectively.
• Experience with system configuration customization and report generation within an ERP environment Excel and CSV formats.
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and nontechnical users.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to help troubleshoot computer and software issues not related to the ERP a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods.
• Close visual work on computer monitor.

Legacy Metals LLC offers competitive wages contingent upon experience education and skills. Starting rate for this role is $70000/annually.

The schedule for this role is Monday Friday from 7 am to 3 pm.
