Position Description
Telephone support patient service and guidance on matters of hospitalization medication disease management drug administration and other health services
Scheduling visits and sending medicines and other consumables based on company procedures
Conduct reminders patient satisfaction surveys and other outbound calls
Management of pharmacovigilance reports (adverse events and product complaints in pharmaceutical products)
Coordination and communication with the other departments of the company
Data entry in the information system
Qualifications required
Degree of AEI/ATEI/IEK of Health Professionals and related professions
Previous experience in a relevant field
Experience in handling information systems e.g. ERP CRM
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good knowledge of the English language
