The Partner Growth Marketing team at Amazon is looking for a datadriven resultsoriented marketing leader to drive growth for Amazons subscription services (Prime Prime Video Amazon Music Kindle Unlimited and more) across Europe especially in emerging markets like Poland Netherlands and Belgium. Youll work closely with partners to optimize customer acquisition retention and engagement with a direct impact on the business.
Were looking for a selfdirected highenergy marketing professional who excels at building and executing successful launch and growth programmes via 3P. You should be able to dive deep into customer data to identify actionable insights particularly around video streaming and online shopping usage to create performance marketing strategies that drive growth. This role requires a strong ability to collaborate internally and externally especially with partners and a proven track record of building scalable marketing programs that can be leveraged globally.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in fastpaced environments managing tight deadlines and optimizing partner marketing and commercial efforts to acquire new customers for subscription services. A passion for consumer experience (CX) and a startup mentality are key as is the ability to create resultsdriven marketing programs. This role is based in London and reports to the EMEA Partner Growth Marketing Lead.
Key job responsibilities
The role involves driving Prime and Prime Video subscription growth through partner relationships. You will manage and expand existing distribution partnerships ideating future deals and offers. Collaborating with crossfunctional teams youll create toptier campaigns and assets for Prime and Prime Video focusing on maximizing subscription signups. Working closely with European partners youll oversee the entire lifecycle of partner launches and growth marketing efforts.
You will lead campaigns that align with the Prime brand analyze data for insights and manage performance. Additionally youll handle endtoend campaign management from ideation to and develop scalable systems to improve operational efficiency and acquisition impact.
Your responsibilities include creating ongoing marketing programs to enhance partner engagement and retention optimizing partnerships for visibility and communication and improving the customer journey. You will lead integrated gotomarket plans maintain strong communication with partners and collaborate with Business Development on new pitches and proposals. Experimenting with new strategies to enhance partnership success and sharing best practices globally will be key to scaling programs and campaigns for worldwide impact.
A day in the life
Partner Growth Managers (PGMs) manage partner relationships and crossfunctional teams. They own customer segmentation plan and execute marketing campaigns with 3Ps and track partner and campaign performance. PGMs collaborate with Business Development on marketing negotiations and contract compliance. They lead complex promotional initiatives including largescale 360 marketing programs with cofunding onsite placements and sales rep incentives. Additionally PGMs work with central marketing and tech teams to prioritize and deliver solutions including automation and customer experience enhancements. Their goal is to maximize short and mediumterm performance through strategic partner collaboration.
Relevant work experience in integrated partner marketing within the mobile/telecom industry subscriptions and/or entertainment financial institutions and sponsorships.
Experience in global and/or centralized marketing leadership teams.
Demonstrated ability to create innovative new programs around entertainment content that generate results.
Experience working across countries in Europe.
