Join Our Team as a Clearance Center Operations Manager!
Goodwill Southern California is seeking an energetic and dedicated Operations Manager to lead our Clearance Center. In this fastpaced communityfocused role youll drive sales production customer service and safety excellenceall while contributing to our mission of upcycling products and keeping them out of landfills.
What Youll Do:
- Lead & Inspire: Supervise and mentor a team of 510 Ambassadors ensuring they have the tools and training to exceed customer and sales goals.
- Manage Operations: Oversee daytoday activities including opening/closing cash register operations sales floor maintenance and production processes.
- Deliver Excellence: Engage with customers donors and staff with a friendly solutionfocused approach that upholds our core values of Respect Integrity Service and Excellence.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean safe work environment by enforcing company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate & Grow: Work closely with the Site Manager to plan schedules manage performance and drive continuous improvement.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: 13 years in a supervisory role in a customerfocused environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership multitasking and communication abilities. Proficiency with computers we can train the rest!
- Flexibility: Availability to work flexible shifts including nights weekends holidays and occasional overtime.
- Commitment: A passion for mission work and a track record of reliability and integrity. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
