Legal Counsel: Property Finance

About the role:
- Advising on real estate transactions from a legal and risk viewpoint
- Both credit and equity
- Establishment of new funds
- General corporate in house matters: JV M&A Co Sec Corporate Governance
The ideal candidate:
- 3 to 8 years PQE
- Coming from InHouse or Private Practice
- Property finance background essential
