Job Description

An important multinational pharma company is seeking for its HQ in province of Barcelona a Commercial Business Partner.

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Commercial Finance Business Partner. This role is pivotal in driving financial performance supporting strategic decision-making and fostering collaboration across central and country teams. You will be responsible for providing actionable insights ensuring financial integrity and enhancing commercial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse key performance indicators highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance.
- Monthly Follow up the operational expenses for full CSCI (Central and Countries)
- Monthly Follow up the A&P for full CSCI (Central and Countries)
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Identify and address possible commercial business process improvements.
- Lead the PLAN and Flex for the Central Sales Team
- Prepare and support the marketing/sales central team on the QBR reviews.
- Provide the financial insight and intelligence our leadership depends on to make critical decisions.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of reporting.
- Collaborate with other finance teams and manage reporting compliance and controls projects.
- Monthly Risk and opportunities: Be responsible for each category to make sure the YTG data for OPEX and A&P is updated according to the established forecast/Plan .
- Support reporting Central finance team on the month end analysis.

Skills:

Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset.
Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
High attention to detail and precision.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective peer relationships.

Qualifications:

- Masters in finance Economics Accounting or similar
- More than 5 years experience in a FP&A role
- Must also possess strong organizational skills; the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to develop and maintain peer relationships and possess high standards of accuracy and precision
- Good knowledge of English
- Advanced Microsoft Excel PowerPoint skills and Power BI.
- SAP/CFIN/AO knowledge is an asset
