Job Description
Amazon seeks a Sr. Financial Analyst for Operations Finance team. The person would play a key role in
driving the business agenda. This includes among other things responsibility for financial metrics
reporting forecasting & planning and to help business in decision support through data analysis &
business insight.
Key job responsibilities
Build financial analysis models driving operational decisions across the Amazon network
Closely Working with stakeholders on cost out initiatives
Working on annual budgeting and revisions thereof
Automate existing models and tools to contribute in scaleup of the Fulfillment Center Network
Operations planning and cost planning for the Network
Evaluate and improve methodologies that are the core of our business models and tools
Collaborate with operations personnel to drive process productivity improvements and cost
savings initiatives
Manage the Weekly Monthly and Quarterly results reporting
Facilitate financial review meetings with key partner business groups
3 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
3 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
34 years of identifying leading and executing opportunities to improve automate standardize or simplify
finance or business tools and processes experience
34 years of Financial Accounting experience
34years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
CA Or MBA
Experience working with largescale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access)
