Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to join a fast-growing SaaS company. This role will own the companys financial health support strategic planning and serve as a bridge between operational finance and executive decision-making.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading budgeting cash flow planning and financial forecasting
- Tracking financial performance and key metrics
- Preparing investor-ready financial reports
- Guiding strategic financial decisions aligned with company goals
- Collaborating cross-functionally to improve financial processes
Qualifications:
- Previously worked at a Big 4 firm (audit/consulting)
- Hands-on experience in a scale-up preferably SaaS business
- Strong background in financial planning reporting and cash management
- Comfortable working both strategically and operationally
- Fluent in English and capable of communicating with stakeholders and investors
