About the Jacksonville Jaguars and Bold Events
The Jacksonville Jaguars are a professional football team and a member of the National Football League. The Jaguars are one of the NFLs youngest franchises and played its first regular season home game on September 3 1995. The Jaguars are owned by Shahid Khan a visionary leader whose businesses include FlexNGate Fulham Football Club and All Elite Wrestling. The Jaguars play at EverBank Stadium in downtown Jacksonville Florida. Under Mr. Khans leadership EverBank Stadium has evolved to include some of the most unique stadium assets including swim spas and 19 video boards two of which are longer than a football field.
Most recently the addition of Dailys Place has provided downtown Jacksonville with a new entertainment destination as well as an indoor practice facility for the Jaguars. Sister company Bold Events LLC operates business at Dailys Place and EverBank Stadium. Bold Events is responsible for attracting and planning major and minor events and programming. In its opening year Dailys Place hosted 31 concerts!

About Dailys Place
Since its grand opening in May 2017 Dailys Place has become a leading destination for live entertainment and events in Northeast Florida. Adjacent to EverBank Stadium home of the NFLs Jacksonville Jaguars the stateoftheart venue encompasses a 5500seat covered amphitheater and flex field which serves as public event space. Built through a partnership between the Jaguars and the City of Jacksonville Dailys Place hosts concerts including performances by Kenny Chesney Bob Seger Sting Lionel Richie Mary J. Blige Post Malone Zac Brown Band Jonas Brothers and Dave Matthews Band among other international recording artists as well as events; NFL and college pregame festivities; Draft parties; and more.
Summary
We are hiring a parttime seasonal Operation Events Staff member who will be responsible for assisting the Facility Operations Manager and Supervisor with preparedness of the amphitheater as well as assisting with executing live event needs as assigned.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate event operation needs and facilitate turnover from event to event
- Set event layouts & associated logistics
- Conducts physical inspection of all areas of the facility to ensure correct set up and patron safety
- Executes Bold Events and Jaguar needs at concerts and private events
- Ensures facility readiness and client satisfaction while maintaining Bold Events and Jaguars best interests and facility policies
- Ability to deal with and manage different types of personalities
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 25lbs 50lbs and 80lbs regularly
- Exceptional attention to detail organizational and multitasking skills required
- Exceptional evaluation prioritization and decisionmaking skills
- Ability to anticipate plan recommend implement and followthrough required
- Ability to perform duties proactively and collaboratively required
Preferred
- Forklift certified
- Flexible schedule and availability to work nights weekends holidays
Other Details
- This is a parttime seasonal position.
- Employees will be paid an hourly wage for their time with Bold Events.
