Come join our new and innovative Mobile Crisis Team! Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking FullTime Second ShiftPeer Support Specialist. This position offers 32 hours per week Thursday through Sunday from 5:00 pm to 1:00 am.
Hourly rate for Certified Peer Support Professional $17.50/hour

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Peer Recovery services which include but are not limited to crisis intervention community outreach and engagement.
- Assist clients in articulating personal goals for recovery and determining treatment objectives.
- Observe the progress clients make toward meeting objectives and provide feedback to client and treatment providers.
- Use personal life experiences as a recipient of services to model recovery and establish trusting relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the team to support a culture where experiences and preferences are recognized understood and respected.
Job Qualifications
WHATS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certification as a Certified Peer Support Professional preferred. Eligibility to receive certification required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with interpersonal and writing skills.
- Excellent communication time management and organizational skills.
- Must have valid drivers license auto insurance that meets the Indiana State minimum coverage requirementand qualify for Companys vehicle liability insurance.
- Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks and drug screen.
