Job Description

Do You have MSc in Engineering and at least 3 years of commercial experience with identifying customer needs and translating them into optimal solution

Join our team as Sales Engineer and grow in building and maintaining strong Customer relationships within Poland and other Eastern European countries.

You will be an ambassador for BEUMER Group who will support the regional Sales Strategy for Logistics sector with focus on Courier Express and Parcel segment.  

Your Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with clients in the logistics sector to understand their needs and provide technical sales support by recommending tailored solutions from the BEUMER Group portfolio
  • Collaborate with international sales engineering and procurement teams to meet sales targets and ensure seamless project delivery through process analysis cost calculations and handling technical and commercial inquiries with subsuppliers
  • Prepare and maintain professional easytounderstand technical and commercial documentation presentations and proposals
  • Stay up to date with industry trends competitor activities and technological advancements to help shape and adapt our product portfolio to meet market demands
  • Support sales efforts such as contract negotiations sales strategy development and market research

Qualifications :

  • Technical university degree (logistics industrial automation or similar fields)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or technical roles in the B2B sector
  • Cultural awareness and strong communication skills when interacting with Customers and internal teams
  • Ability to perform under pressure and effectively collaborate with engineers contractors and project managers 
  • Proficiency in MS Office knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Valid driving license
  • Native Polish and fluent English (both spoken and written) other language is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings site visits training sessions and industry conferences
