Reporting to the Head of People Cabin Crew as Senior People Consultant you will play a key role in driving a variety of strategic initiatives and people programs across the entire employee lifecycle. Youll support critical HR activities and initiatives while also contributing to the smooth operation of daytoday business activities across diverse teams.
In this impactful role youll establish yourself as a trusted partner to Business Unit managers offering expert leadership guidance and coaching to foster the growth development and engagement of our people. Your work will be central to shaping a positive and highperforming workplace culture.
Youll have:
- 35 years of HRrelated experience with a proven track record in providing HR solutions in a blue collar operational environment.
- Extensive knowledge in strategic HR practices including employee relations change management leadership coaching and talent development.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and complexity while maintaining discretion and strict confidentiality.
- Demonstrated experience in complex matrixed environments (e.g. managing multiple business units and navigating numerous industrial awards).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working with employees at all levels of the organisation and adapting to diverse work styles.
