Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
Build and maintain longterm relationships with schools colleges institutions and parents
Generate new client leads through networking outreach and market research
Achieve set sales and revenue targets consistently
Conduct presentations meetings and followups to convert leads into clients
Maintain regular followups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Prepare daily weekly and monthly sales and activity reports using Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Track and update leads and opportunities in CRM software
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and client support
Stay updated with market trends competitor activities and customer preferences
Attend educational fairs seminars and community events to promote services
Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs problems interests and competitive activities

Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven experience in business development or sales
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for reporting Word and PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems
A deep understanding of the education and coaching sector is a plus
