Permanent Dayshift WFH
VA Rate : 1011$AUD / hour

Building & Construction (Metal) Industry
Reporting : Will report to the Operations Manager (Business Unit: Operations Berrinba)
You will also work closely with our trade shop manager and other key organization people that requires you to be a chart maker planner scheduled and detailed.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customerfocused Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer service and administration demonstrating strong business acumen and the ability to foster lasting relationships with clients. This role requires excellent problemsolving skills attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions and inquiries through phone and email ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support company success and growth.
- Facilitate and collaborate on workflow processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales and procurement teams to develop case studies and client referrals.
- Organize and lead team meetings to gather feedback address challenges and provide strategic solutions.
- Process customer orders while ensuring a high level of service and attention to account details.
- Coordinate freight logistics to meet company obligations and customer expectations.
- Maintain and update price lists and other relevant customer information.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry and utilize ERP systems such as REDMAP and PRONTO for efficient record management.
- Carry out general administrative and official duties as required.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 35 years of experience in customer service administration or a related field.
- At least 12 years similar experience as VA Customer Success specialist preferably in the Building & ConstructionMetal Industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Excellent time management multitasking and organizational abilities.
- High level of business and analytical acumen with a focus on process improvement.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as REDMAP and PRONTO is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and business needs.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the building materials or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a customerfacing role with order processing responsibilities.
- Familiarity with sales and procurement workflows.
