Job Description
Virginia Wesleyan University invites applicants for a tenure track Assistant Professor of Marine Biology with a specialization in invertebrate zoology to begin in August 2025. We seek a candidate that specializes in research in the local area but is also interested in teaching travel research will have an earned Doctorate degree. Collegelevel teaching experience and excellent teaching skills fostering student learning from diverse backgrounds is preferred but not necessary. The successful candidate will teach 7 course components i.e. each lab and lecture over the academic year.
