Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Technical Team Manager:
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full scope of service and maintenance workflows to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client representatives regarding service and maintenance matters.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and resources to clients.
- Lead and guide the service operations team including involvement in recruitment and training efforts.
- Develop and manage service plans resource allocation skill requirements milestones and performance metrics.
- Explore and implement innovative approaches to team deployment and task allocation for optimal service delivery.
- Handle client communications and manage expectations to ensure positive outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Build strong client relationships and seek opportunities to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
- Maintain an understanding of client businesses to align services with their operational objectives.
- Ensure timely and quality of maintenance tasks as committed to clients.
- Perform both technical and administrative tasks as part of service delivery operations.
Job Requirements:
- Nitec or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Eligibility for security clearance CAT 2A is required due to the nature of the job which involves access to restricted sites.
- Practical experience in operating and maintaining security systems such as in ACS IDS CCTV access control and intrusion detection.
- Experience in system configuration application programming and thirdparty integration is an advantage.
- Proficient in both hardware and software technologies.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with a serviceoriented mindset.
- Adaptable proactive and able to work independently.
- Transport allowance may be provided if personal vehicle is used for work.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 6000 AWS VB 1 Month) Transport Allowance
- Working Location: Tiong Bahru
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6:00pm
