We are looking for a driven and strategic Account Manager Team Lead to head our sales efforts for non-grocery retail partners on Wolts online delivery this pivotal role you will lead a team of Account Managers & Account Specialists focused on growing and nurturing our existing retail partner base ensuring they thrive within the Wolt ecosystem and contribute meaningfully to our markets commercial success.
The role is responsible for building strong partner relationships optimizing performance through data-led consultation and ensuring the team meets and exceeds growth and revenue targets. The ideal candidate bringsextensive account management experience has worked with retailers that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and has a strong track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing sales teams in fast-paced tech-enabled environments.
