The Company
Our client is a QLD owned and operated residential development company with land and projects across Brisbane. With a mixture of highend single dwellings large town house developments and apartments forecast for the next 5 years there is an exciting future ahead.
The Role
A strategic decision has been made to build their own developments and they are looking to bring on a Construction Manager. The first project consists of 6 luxury single dwellings in an inner northern suburb. The civils and services are already finished so the site is ready to go. On successful completion of this project the next is due to start at the beginning of 2026 and will be a much larger 90 town house project.
You will be working for the sole owner of the business and land. Decisions will be made with zero bureaucracy or layers of management to navigate. This is an incredible opportunity or someone to grow something special.
What were looking for in the Construction Manager;
- 10 years experience in residential building as a Supervisor/Site Manager/Construction Manager (essential)
- Trade Qualification in Carpentry
- QBCC Open Builders License
- Modular and steel/timber frame experience preferred
- Sound technical knowledge of QBCC construction standards and NCC
- Someone who can implement appropriate process and systems to ensure and efficient high quality delivery model.
- Someone who can introduce a strong reliable subcontractor network
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to interpret plans Contracts and variations
- Handson leadership style with the ability to grow and mentor a team over time
- Great communication site supervision and stakeholder management skills

Remuneration & Benefits
There is a salary package of $250k Super Market Leading Project Completion Bonuss
