1. Do you have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent
2. Do you have Functional Experience 5 years.
3. Do you have57 years of experience in accounts receivable with at least 5 years in a construction environment.
4. Do you have strong understanding of construction billing methods especially AIA G702/G703 forms.
5. Do you have familiarity with retainage change orders lien releases and job cost accounting.
6. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
