Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Provide accurate information and support for various issues
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
Requirements
- Fluent Flemish (C1C2 and good English skills (B2 level)
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts including weekends
- Customeroriented mindset and a proactive attitude
- Willingness to work onsite in Lisbon
Salary & Benefits
- Meal allowance: 7.23 per day
- Transport allowance: 20 per month
- Health insurance:
- Available from Day 1 (with a monthly contribution)
- Free after 6 months of employment
