Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Golf Operations Assistant:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage golf slot bookings for members and corporate guests
- Perform registration of players and issue course tickets
- Input golfers scorecards into the system accurately
- Attend to phone and in-person enquiries professionally
- Reconcile daily transactions and ensure any discrepancies are identified and resolved by the end of each shift
- Ensure compliance with internal ISO Quality Procedures
- Support Golf Executives in regulating competitions and recreational activities
- Manage the opening or closure of golf courses during inclement weather
- Share important announcements with members and guests and ensure notices are displayed clearly
Job Requirements:
- GCE N Level or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or sports operations role
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 2200 Allowances AWS VB
- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work Mon to Sun
- Rotating Shifts: 6:30am to 3:30pm / 6:30am to 4:15pm / 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Laundry Allowance and Staff Transport are provided at Tanah Merah MRT station
