Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Guest Services Executive (Reservations):
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle phone and walk-in inquiries related to bookings and reservations
- Provide guests with essential information including property rules emergency contacts and check-in/out procedures
- Manage guest arrivals and departures to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience
- Collect payments for accommodation and facility usage accurately
- Perform daily cash tallying and reconcile with revenue collection reports
- Prepare and raise billing requests when necessary
- Track and follow up on lost-and-found items
- Generate and share daily check-in reports with relevant teams (e.g. security and housekeeping)
- Monitor and replenish front desk stationery supplies
- Record and submit monthly usage readings for photocopiers or other equipment
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Customer service oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Honest reliable and detail-oriented
- Willing to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 2500 AWS VB
- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: 5-day work week Mon to Sun
- Rotating Shifts: 8.30am to 5.45pm / 10.45am to 8pm
- Staff transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT station
