Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is a global leader in real estate services specializing in project management for capital works programs. We support clients with facility growth refurbishments and maintenance across various sectors including Commercial Industrial Retail Data & Technology and more.

Role Overview:

As a Project Coordinator youll assist the Project Manager with coordinating projects managing schedules documentation and stakeholder relationships. This role offers the opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic fastpaced environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning executing and closing projects.

  • Coordinate schedules track progress and maintain project documentation.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients contractors and internal teams.

  • Support risk assessments quality management and procurement activities.

  • Ensure project compliance with procedures and provide status updates.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in project management engineering architecture or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite SharePoint Power BI and Procore.

  • Strong communication organizational and problemsolving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Baseline Security Clearance.
