About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Compliance professional to lead and enhance our compliance function across the Avant Group. This critical role is responsible for maintaining an effective compliance infrastructure including policies processes and systems and coordinating efforts across the Group to ensure all employees understand and comply with applicable laws regulations and internal policies.
Youll play a key role in interpreting and embedding regulatory requirements supporting the business in understanding compliance obligations and managing emerging compliance risks. Youll also lead a small but capable team of two direct reports.
