About the role
Were looking for funloving compassionate individuals to help support and enhance the lives of older adults in the Tamworth area.
As our team grows we have multiple parttime positions available. Make a difference while traveling the beautiful Tamworth area.

What Youll Do:
- Care & Companionship: Offer meaningful support and interactions.
- Daily Assistance: Help with personal care household tasks shopping and more.
- Make a Difference: Enjoy the satisfaction of positively impacting someones day.
- Fun Activities: Assist with daily tasks and sprinkle some fun into their routines.
- Be Their Sunshine: Spend quality time with older adults sharing laughs and adventures!
What youll bring:
- Passionate Helpers: Genuine interest in supporting older adults.
- Qualifications: Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support or its equivalent.
- MustHaves: Valid drivers license reliable car basic tech skills. First Aid/CPR certification is a plus or willingness to obtain.
- Make an Impact: Strong skills in listening and engaging insuring that clients feel heard and valued.
