Overview
Ira Ford Auburn is part of fast growing Group 1 Automotive a leader in automotive retail and we are looking to add a qualified Customer Service Representative to our team.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads (phone Internet) and direct to appropriate contact
- Contact present customers (phone email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
- Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships etc. leads through networking cold calling and referrals
- Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques
- Assist with meeting and greeting service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
- Engage with customers waiting for their vehicles in the customer lounge.
- Liaison between the service and sales department.
- Oversee customer contact reports and make calls for follow up.
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the companys vision mission and values in all interactions with customers coworkers and suppliers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Great attitude with highenergy personality.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Valid driver license.
