Our team helps bridge the relationship between leadership and employees at PwC through Human Resources solutions. Youll handle issues on operation management strategic partnership employee relations and emergency responding.

PricewaterhouseCoopers Service Delivery Center (Bangalore) Private Limited is a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of the US firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers. As internal firm services we enable the firm to enhance PwCs ability to address the strategy growth and innovation agendas of its clients.

The Talent Development team is helping empower our employees. We are working on new and exciting challenges with the aim to make our Acceleration Center a great place to work and build a high performing team. We are currently a 10member team handling all the Horizontals in our Bangalore and Mumbai AC center.

Qualifications

Should have a good and fairly extensive prior experience in HR Business Partner role.

Position Requirements



  • Weekly and monthly connects with new hires to ensure smooth settling in the business.
  • Quarterly connects with tenured professionals and high performers across levels by conducting one to one and focus group discussions.
  • Identifykeypriorityissuesfacedbyclientsleverageknowledgeoflatestdevelopmentsinindustryanddesignwellthoughtandimplementablesolutions.
  • Continuouslystrivetowardsexceedingclientexpectationsandworkonhighvalue&highvisibilityassignmentsinareasacrosstheHRvaluechain.
  • Ensuring adequate resource utilization in line with business strategy to meet talent needs of the business.
  • Performing Attrition analysis and consulting with management on retention opportunities / strategies.
  • Employee Relations: Managing employee issues and grievances. Closely working with the Legal and risk management team to get closure on each case.
