Allagash Brewing Company in Portland Maine is hiring an organized effective strategic thinker to lead our sales operations function. As the Sales Operations Manager you will bring structure and efficiency to supporting our national sales organization. Through managing logistics identifying resources and making connections youll foster collaboration between teams ensuring our sales representatives have the tools they need to thrive and also act as an essential link between our brewery our sales team and the wider market. From longterm strategic planning and inventory management to sales forecasting and process improvements youll be at the heart of our sales efficacy ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Were looking for someone with deep experience 6 years) in adult beverage alcohol and sales operations someone who understands the ins and outs of working with distributors and navigating the beverage industry. Previous experience as a people leader is preferred as you will be supervising the Sales Operations team members. Strong organizational skills exceptional communication and a collaborative spirit are key. Advanced technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace programs knowledge of Concur VIP/IDig and KARMA preferred and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly is essential to success in this role.
This is a fulltime position and the schedule is MondayFriday between regular business hours. Some evening and weekend hours may be required. This position is based in our Portland office.
