Join a growing eCommerce team in the toy industry.
Help manage and improve the online store and its product listings.
Support the websites growth and performance through data analysis and trading insights.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update online product catalogue and categories.
Ensure product listings are accurate available and wellpresented.
Set up new products categorise correctly and manage workflow.
Support weekly and monthly trade performance reports using analytics tools.
Collaborate with brands to align on seasonal launches and promotions.
Recommend upselling and crossselling strategies.
Use visual merchandising tools to boost product visibility and conversions.
Test and optimise new website features.
Review competitors to enhance customer experience (UX).
Manage product roadmap and optimise site navigation.
Build and follow trade calendars to highlight trends and launches.
Ensure all product content (images copy SEO) is uptodate and effective.
Use Adobe Photoshop for editing online assets.
Track and report on outofstock issues abandonment and customer feedback.
Test site content and features across devices and regions.
Skills & Requirements
Experience in fastpaced retail marketing or eCommerce.
Degree in a relevant field.
Strong Photoshop and Microsoft Office skills.
Familiar with product and stock management systems (e.g. Magento).
Datadriven with ability to analyse sales traffic AOV and conversion rates.
Commercial mindset with focus on sales and customer retention.
Good at planning and prioritising tasks to meet KPIs.
Detailoriented with strong communication and organisation skills.
Passionate about online trading and spotting market trends.
Aware of competitor activities and market positioning.
Experience in email creation is a plus.

Educational qualification Graduate or more
Job location Bandra (Mostly WFH) initial days need to come at office for training

Work timings/ hours 10 am to 7 pm
