Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid position that will involve both remote and inoffice work. The ideal candidate will have strong account management skills and proven experience in the commercial insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts ensuring that clients needs are met and exceeded
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients carriers and underwriters
- Analyze and evaluate clients insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage solutions
- Negotiate with carriers to obtain the best possible coverage and rates for clients
- Stay uptodate on industry trends regulations and market changes to provide strategic advice to clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and retention
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote/inoffice environment
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
