Our range of highly productive drill rigs and performance tooling is suited to a variety of applications including mining mineral exploration energy and environmental sampling.
An opportunity has become available in the Products group for a Technical Representative. This is a businesscritical role acting as the subject matter expert supporting the inhole tools and diamond product lines and providing essential support to our customer and employee base.
Based at the Adelaide facility the main aim of this role is to test and support the development of new products assist with the education/training of employees and customers and provide feedback on product use and implementation.

Want to know a little more about the role Daytoday responsibilities include:
- Onsite support for in hole tool and diamond products
- Provide training and technical support to customers on the use of our InHole Tool offering
- Liaise with customers and assist with technical issues and other ad hoc service requirements
- Troubleshoot and conduct technical investigations as required to support the resolution of any problems
- Conduct product testing with new and existing customers to assess and improve product performance.
- Work with key internal and external stakeholders to develop new business including identifying new opportunities and input into new product development.
- Travel regularly within the Asia Pacific region including on short notice in order to fulfil the above responsibilities.
A few other things were looking for:
- Minimum 35 years experience in Diamond Drilling
- A solid understanding of Drilling products and processes with experience in the mining or drilling industry would be preferred
- Cert IV in Drilling (Mineral Exploration)
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to maintain relationships with key account customers and internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Attention to detail strong initiative and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- A current drivers licence.
